Holiday Wreath Sale

TJ band will be selling Holiday Wreaths for fall fundraiser.  The wreaths are 18-22” (typical door-size), made of fresh, balsam fir and are distributed through Olde World Produce.  The wreaths are available with your choice of a RED or BURGUNDY bow and sell for $30.00 each. 

Please keep the WREATH SALE ORDER FORM for your records. 

For each wreath sold, you will receive $5.00 credit into your Goal Setting Account.  

Sale begins on November 1, and orders are due to the band room no later than November 20th. 

Wreaths will be available for pick up on December 1st between 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm 

at Olde World Produce located in the Ciccante Restaurant Parking Lot

at the corner of Coal Valley Road and Route 51.  

Please return the completed WREATH SALE TALLY SHEET and payment to the band room bin marked, “Wreaths” no later than November 20th. 

Make checks out to TJ BAND PATRONS (do not send cash).  

Band member name and contact # must be on form.
