Acrisure Stadium Event Volunteer Information

Whether you are a rookie or a seasoned veteran, welcome to volunteering at Acrisure Stadium aka Heinz Field!!

This is a great way to earn funds for your child’s band account to help pay for trips, annual assessment fees, etc.  Aramark will offer up to $200 per event for each eligible volunteer.

The amount is determined by Aramark and could range from $100-$200 (this is NOT set by the Band Patrons).

In order to be eligible, please completed the following 2 items (ServSafe and RAMP Training) ASAP. 

The stadium is now a cashless stadium this means that Aramark is now able to accept volunteers that are 18 years of age. However, you are only able to send 3 per game per group.

This is no limit to the number of times that you can sign up if you are 18 or older and no limit to the number of volunteers that we can bring to an event, typically fifteen people work.  Please remember that this is a commitment and if you sign up, you MUST attend.  No shows on game day or anyone cancelling within 48 hours of an event will not be able to eligible to volunteer for future events.  Exceptions will include a death in the family, Covid and other reasons approved by the Band Patrons.

On event day, you will need to wear black pants (jeans and sweatpants are acceptable) and close toed shoes, tennis shoes are best.  They will provide the shirt and ballcap.  The shirts will be turned in after each event but you will need to bring your ball cap with you to volunteer for future events.

RAMP:

-This training is renewed every 2 years. There is a $10 fee to take the course. Anyone over 18 years of age must have a valid RAMP training in order to volunteer. (It appears that the cost is now $8.95 now- you would not need the code)

-When asked for the LID # please enter 48228 and send me a copy of your CERTIFICATE when training course is completed.  I will NOT add your name to the volunteer list until I receive your certification. https://rserving.com/web/pscc_state.php?siteid=251&flag=bartender%20license&statecode=PA

Please remember to use the code for the RAMP training to get the discounted fee of $10 (versus the normal $21.99)
