2025 Corporate Sponsors

Sponsorship opportunities are open until September 25th 

How this works is that each corporate sponsor you are able to bring in, 10% of whatever level they choose will go to your GSA.  So for example, if a company sponsors at the $500 level, your student gets $50 in their GSA that can be used for this trip or future trips - and that is just one sponsorship.  It really is a great way to raise money for your GSA without potentially hitting all the same friends and family again.

Fairness rule: You can only pick 3 companies to contact until Thursday, Sept. 11th.  Once you submit the form, you will receive an email with the Corporate Sponsorship Packet to approach that company.

After that: Starting Monday, Sept. 15th, any remaining companies are open, and you can claim as many as you’d like.

Check-in: By Friday, Sept. 19th, let us know if you’ve contacted the companies you claimed. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll make those companies available to others.

Deadline: All corporate sponsors must be confirmed by Thursday, Sept. 25th to be included in the festival program.
