All orders are due by Friday, May 30, 2008 at 3:00 pm
Please bring your orders to the band room in a sealed envelope properly labeled. The deadline is quickly approaching - don't miss out on a great year of music.

Majorette & Colorguard Tryouts
COLORGUARD:
Tryout
practices are Tuesday, May 20 – 3:00-5:00 in the high school gym, and
Thursday, May 22 – 4:00-5:30 in the high school gym.
Tryouts will be held on Thursday, May 22 at 6:00 until finished.
Sign up in the office today.
MAJORETTES:

The TJBP will be collecting monetary donations for the Wright Family. If you would like to donate to this fund, please send a check made out to TJBP, Inc. with Wright Family in the memo, and mail to Val Bailey, 132 Stevens Ridge Rd., Jefferson Hills, PA 15025. If you are able to help with meals, shopping, errands, etc. please contact Betsi Drapela @ betsi@ebxtek.com or 412-655-0165.

(Freshmen & Sophomores) are to bring in their Band Uniform for Cleaning and final collection as well as the Raincoat, Hat and Hat Box and Garment Bag.
The "UNIFORM CLEANING/RETURN FORM" must be
completed and turned in at the time of returning your uniform.
Place: TJHS Band room
Dates: (Wednesday, May 14, 2008)
Time: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Please make a note on uniform return form if you need a new uniform due to size issue. Circle which part needs to be replaced.
Students will be responsible for the cleaning of the uniform if not brought to the band room within the specified dates.

TEAM TRAINING EXPIRATIONS
IF you are TEAM trained to work Heinz Field events, please check the link for your expiration date. You will have to be re-certified prior to working any games or event, if your training has expired.

Any student not returning on the bus after an event MUST have a Bus Transportation Release completed and handed in prior to boarding the bus for the event. Please place the release form in the bus folder or hand the form to your bus chaperone again prior to boarding the bus for the event.
