Football Media Guide Ads:  The Football Media Guide is now taking ad orders.  If you would like to put an ad in for your favorite Band Member, ColorGuard or Majorette, you can either show up at one of the scheduled picture sessions—

Picture Dates:

Mon 6/28  4:30 *  Wed 7/7   4:30 *  Mon 7/12  4:30

Band Members, ColorGuard and Majorettes can either have a new picture (Casual Photo) taken or use the band photo already taken.  If you decide to use the previously taken photo, you must return the form at one of the picture taking sessions or contact Jean Wavle.  Deadline is 7/12.  Football Guide Ad information available here.

Student Bus Release Permission Slip —A student not returning on the bus after an event MUST have a Bus Transportation Release completed and APPROVED by Mr. Mirabella three days prior to any event.  This is a change from last year, so please make note of the new procedure

Booster Membership Form —Parents and Friends of TJ Band must complete this form and pay their dues to participate in Booster Functions and have voting rights.

Band Festival Program Business Ad Form—If you’d like to place an ad in our October 2nd Band Festival, this form will give you the information you need to place the ad!

 

Band Festival Program Happy Ad– We hope you’ll place a happy ad for your favorite TB Band Member, ColorGuard, Majorette or Director!
